In order to engage more frequent travelers from China region, our team help integrate the best lounge finder and travel services via WeChat, we created an engaging travel experience where member not only able to find their nearest lounge, dining, shopping and spa easily, but also easy to access to lounges with their QR code on digital membership card and getting personalised offers.

OVERVIEW
CHALLENGE
The original Priority Pass WeChat app is very basic and it may not able to fullfill the needs of growing China market. Chinese customer are not only looking for lounges, but also a personalised journey based on their travel destination.
GOAL
To engage the frequent travelers from China, we did a lot of research of competitor app. Beside the integration of nearest lounge finder, we also reinforced the customer experience by recommending the dining, shopping and spa around them.
